8. Information in forms

The service collects information voluntarily provided by the user, including personal data, if entered.
The service may store information about the connection parameters (timestamp, IP address).
In some cases, the service may store information that helps associate the data in the form with the user’s email address. In such cases, the email address will appear in the URL of the page containing the form.

Data provided in the form is processed for the purpose specified by the function of the respective form, e.g., for handling a service request, making contact, or registering services.

9. Administrator’s logs

Information about the behavior of users on the website may be logged. These data are used for service administration purposes.

10. Important marketing techniques

The operator uses statistical analysis of traffic on the website through Google Analytics (Google Inc. based in the USA). The operator does not provide personal data to the service provider but only anonymized information. The service uses cookies on the user’s end device.
Regarding information about user preferences collected by the Google advertising network, users can view and edit the information derived from cookies using the following tool: Google Ads Preferences.

The operator uses remarketing techniques that allow adapting advertising messages to the behavior of the user on the site. This may give the impression that personal data is being used to track the user, but in practice, no personal data is transmitted from the operator to the advertising providers. The technical condition for such activities is that cookies are enabled.

The operator uses automation tools for the service in relation to users, e.g., sending an email to the user after visiting a specific subpage, provided that they have consented to receiving marketing emails from the operator.

11. Information on cookies

The service uses cookies.
Cookies are IT data, particularly text files, stored on the user’s end device and used to access the service’s websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, their storage time on the device, and a unique identifier.

The operator places cookies on the user’s end device and has access to them.
Cookies are used for the following purposes:

  • Maintaining the user’s session (after logging in), so that the user does not need to re-enter their login and password on every page of the service,
  • Performing the purposes defined in the “Important marketing techniques” section above.

The service uses two main types of cookies: “session cookies” and “persistent cookies.” Session cookies are temporary files that are stored on the user’s end device until they log out, leave the website, or close the software (web browser). Persistent cookies remain on the user’s end device for the duration specified in the cookie parameters or until deleted by the user.

Web browsing software (web browsers) typically allows the default storage of cookies on the user’s end device. Service users can change these settings. The web browser also allows the deletion of cookies. It is also possible to block cookies automatically. Detailed information on this can be found in the help section or documentation of the browser being used.

Restricting the use of cookies may affect some functionalities available on the service’s websites.
Cookies placed on the user’s end device may also be used by companies cooperating with the service operator, including Google (Google Inc. based in the USA), Facebook (Facebook Inc. based in the USA), and Twitter (Twitter Inc. based in the USA).
